Sizing
What sizes do you carry?
Shirts, sweaters and pants come in S, M, L, XL and XXL. Each product page shows a size guide with chest, neck, waist and sleeve measurements.
I'm between sizes — which should I order?
For a classic, comfortable fit choose the larger size; for a slimmer look choose the smaller one. Email us your measurements and we will help.
Orders
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we will do our best. Once an order has been packed it can no longer be changed.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
We ship to addresses within the United States, including APO/FPO. We do not ship internationally at this time.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on every U.S. order, with no minimum.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are packed in 1–3 business days and delivered in 5–10 business days. You get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Returns
What is your return policy?
Unworn, unwashed items with the original tags attached can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
Email us within 48 hours with a photo and your order number — we will send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
Care
How do I care for wool sweaters?
Air them between wears, hand wash or use a wool cycle in cool water, and dry flat. Fold sweaters rather than hanging them.
Will the colors look exactly like the photos?
We show the original product photos. Screens differ, so shades may look slightly different in person.
